Soft and smooth with dark cherry and dark berry flavors this Stonecap Syrah is a mouthful. Hints of bittersweet chocolate and black coffee blend with smoky tobacco and plum to complete this complex and ready to drink wine. Often during one of the Monson Family gatherings you will find this syrah paired perfectly with savory grilled meats or one of the family's favorites, Suzanne's roasted vineyard pheasant with syrah thyme reduction. Also superb with red sauces and sheep's milk cheeses.
