Join us for a hands-on class to learn how to build the perfect cheese and charcuterie board! Cheese and Wine Specialist, Rachael Lucas (a.k.a. The Cheese Lady), will be giving us a guided, step-by-step tutorial on the construction of a board that includes cheeses, meats, and their myriad of accoutrements. She will instruct us on how to produce a fail-safe board that will appeal to all the senses. We will provide a glass of wine of your choice, a custom charcuterie board that you get to take home with you, and all the board constituents. The board will serve 2-4 people. All you need to bring is your willingness to create and a thirsty palate.
