2023 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 25th Anniversary

This 25th Anniversary wine is a beautiful expression of Sauvignon Blanc from Goose Gap. A complex layering of aromas include fresh-cut citrus, wet slate, and a bracing saline minerality.  Bright fruit notes of grapefruit and lemon are rounded and amplified by tremendous texture and volume on the mid palate.  Time in the glass will be rewarded by the tautness of the wine relaxing to show a broad, layered array of tropical and citrus fruits that continue to resonate on a long, refreshing, juicy finish.
