The 2014 Echelon Red blend displays a striking tension between the rich, supple fruit of our Estate Merlot and the delicate freshness and aromas of the Estate Cabernet Franc.  An elegant array of aromas is led by notes of fresh strawberries, red plum, and notes of anise and savory spices.  The palate opens immediately with tremendous breadth leading into juicy, intense red fruit flavors.  A supple and elegant balance between freshness and minerality leads to a lengthy, pleasing finish.

The 2016 First Flight Red Blend is characterized by big, bold color, flavors, and structure. The wine opens with aromas of brambly blackberry, anise and caramel. The palate begins with flavors of concentrated blackberry and dark cherry supported by a big, yet supple, structure. Intense flavors of dark and spicy fruit continue onto the finish, which ends with notes of pepper, savory herbs and mountain berries.

A dark, brooding wine characterized by dark cherry, leather, and molasses over a background of baking spice; this wine shows the unique character of our Estate Merlot.  On the palate, a firm structure supports an array of fruit and spices: raspberry, cherry, and redcurrant along with dark chocolate and nutmeg.  The structure supports these dark-fruit and spices into a lengthy, lingering finish ending with flavors of savory compote. Aged for 22 months in 70% new barrels (85% French / 15% American) 49% Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon 24%, Petit Verdot 13%, Cabernet Franc 11%, Malbec 3%

2017 Vireo, A luscious red wine from Goose Ridge Estate Vineyards and Winery, was crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. Meticulous viticulture and winemaking practices are reflected in Vireo's notable elegance and depth. This distinctive estate grown and bottled wine is full of concentrated flavors of dark cherry, blackberry and plum that blend with accents of coffee, cocoa and baking spice. 100% barrel aged for 26 months.

This vintage of Sol Duc displays a wonderful depth and structure full of concentrated dark cherry and blackberry flavors with hints of toasty oak and savory spices. A velvety, graceful texture on the palate leads to a long, lingering finish with hints of mocha and spice.

 Our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is explosively expressive, intense, juicy and layered. Perfumed notes of orange blossom and damask rose compliment tropical notes of fresh pineapple, passion fruit, and mango. The wine is juicy, round, and voluminous while preserving a core of racy, refreshing acidity with notes of white peach, kiwi, and grapefruit. The wine’s tremendous length retains the juicy intensity with layers of green tea and passion fruit alongside accents of oyster shell and fresh minerality. 100% Sauvignon Blanc
