The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America® is a nationwide initiative to bring together chefs, special guests, and diners from across the country to celebrate the local independent restaurants at the heart of our communities. 

Bringing together the local culinary community and beyond in celebration of local independent food culture, this major event hosted at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle will be an unparalleled opportunity for guests to experience the exceptional and delicious work of James Beard Foundation-curated talent. Leading the event will be TasteTwenty host chef Janet Becerra of Pancita, in addition to local guest chefs from around the city. The tasting will feature over 40 food and beverage stations as well as sponsor and partner activations. Seattle-area participating chefs include:
