Let us welcome you to our private wine cellar for a dining experience created by Goose Ridge Winery and the Revolve Food & Wine culinary team led by Chef Claus, and guided by Goose Ridge Head Winemaker, Andrew Wilson.
You will be greeted with a glass of bubbly and Revolve's signature Bacon Wrapped Date. We will then serve a luxurious five-course dinner designed to pair exquisitely with tastings of Goose Ridge wines. Tickets are available now! Seating is limited and likely to sell out, reserve today.

Revolve True Food & Wine Bar is a reflection of restaurant’s owner Dr. DuBois’ passion for wellness, wonderful food and good wine. All menu items are free of gluten, grains, MSG, preservatives, trans fats, refined or cane sugar, emulsifiers, GMO and soy. Revolve serves only animal proteins that are natural and raised humanely, without the use of antibiotics and added hormones. Diners enjoy wild seafood, organic farm fresh eggs and seasonal organic produce, as well.
