Our 2016 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex and elegant wine that balances fruit and oak flavors. Dark cherry, dark berry and currant mingle with notes of tobacco and spice. Well-integrated tannins create a gold, yet silky, wine with a long finish. This wine was aged for 22 months in French and American oak barrels (65% new and 35% neutral oak).
