A dark, brooding wine characterized by dark cherry, leather, and molasses over a background of baking spice; this wine shows the unique character of our Estate Merlot. On the palate, a firm structure supports an array of fruit and spices: raspberry, cherry, and redcurrant along with dark chocolate and nutmeg. The structure supports these dark-fruit and spices into a lengthy, lingering finish ending with flavors of savory compote.
