Dew-kissed white peach, pineapple, and bergamot blossom create an invigorating bouquet, enhanced by subtle almond and fig. On the palate, citrus, apple, and quince dance with acidity. The graceful finish reveals spiced apricot, wet stone, and minerality, expressing concentrated fruit and layered structure. Roussanne 80%, Grenache Blanc 14%, Viognier 6%.
