Join Haven Fitness on June 27th for Red, White & Booty. The ultimate patriotic glute-focused workout and summer hangout!
From 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, we'll lead a high-energy group workout designed to fire up your glutes and leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and empowered. Expect a fun workout using minimal equipment, including resistance bands, loop bands, and light weights. We'll have fun, upbeat music playing to keep the energy high from start to finish.
After the workout, stick around from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM for a cool-down, drinks, and time to connect with the community. You're welcome to stay and hang out as long as you'd like!
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Your best red, white, and blue energy
Ticket Price
$45 per person
Tickets include the workout and a glass of Goose Ridge wine, Drive Row hard cider, or Monson Ranch Distillers cocktail to cool down with after the workout.
