Build a deep, layered flavor saag paneer curry using aromatic Indian spices and fresh ingredients. You will be taken through all the steps of making fresh paneer, the curry sauce, and naan.
After the demonstration, you will sit down to enjoy a delicious dinner featuring Saag Paneer, rice, naan, and thoughtfully prepared accompaniments, plus a glass of Goose Ridge wine or Drive Row hard cider to sip.
