An elegantly perfumed Chardonnay, this wine is a lovely expression from our Estate. Aromas of clarified butter, apricot, golden plum meld intriguingly with notes of saltwater taffy and green tea. The palate shows tremendous liveliness and volume: indulgently broad and supple with intense flavors of tangerine, and peach with sweet baking spice accents. The wine finishes with fresh and smooth notes of mandarin orange and uplifting salinity.
Aged for 10 months in 100% once-filled French oak puncheons.
